Products

Are your products genuine and when will they expire?

All items we sell are 100% genuine and new. We only source products from the manufacturer, reputable suppliers and distributors.

Most of the Korean beauty products have a shelf life of three years after the manufacturing date. Please refer to the characters printed on the package or the product container for more information. You may see 제조 and it means "produced on" while 까지 meaning "good until".

Order 

How do I place an order?

  1. To add items to your cart, simply click on ‘Add to Cart’ next to the desired product, selecting the appropriate quantity.
  2. To review your selections, click on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner of the page.
  3. From your cart you can then Express Checkout or fill in your details 

How do I know that my order went through?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed. If you do not receive an email, kindly check your junk or spam folder.

Order Payment

What kind of payment method is accepted at Luna Glow?

We accept:

  • Express Checkout: Shop App, PayPal, Apple Pay & GPay
  • Full Checkout: Mastercard, Visa, American Express

What if payment has failed?

Your order will be cancelled if payment fails. In this case, you will need to place a new order.
